HANDLING TIME

  • We will start to process your order after the clerence of payment

  • We generally ship your orders within 1–2 business days.

  • For silver items, please allow up to 4 weeks (20-25 business days) for manufacturing your silver items and shipping. If you'd like your items shipped sooner, we can ship the completed item first and remaining products in next shipment.

  • We will ship your order by UPS, DHL, FedEx.

  • If your order is from 100.00 $ to 249.99 $ then the shipping charge is 35$

  • If your order is from 250.00 $ to 499.99 $ then the shipping charge is 48$

  • If your order is more than 500.00 $ we will offer free shipping

Customs Duties & Tariffs

- The invoice we send with your parcel is what will be used by the customs in your country to calculate import taxes and VAT (Value added tax) payable.

- We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that some international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or tariffs once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Recent updates in global trade policies (2025) have introduced new tariff systems in some regions. We encourage our customers and their brokers to stay informed about any applicable import requirements. We’re always happy to assist with documentation and guidance to make your import process as easy as possible.

INSURANCE

Accidents do happen and parcels do get lost on rare occasions. We can only be responsible for the handling of your parcels until they leave our premises. We strongly suggest you are insured against loss, breakage and theft. The cost of insurance is 1% of the invoice value, or a minimum of $20.00 (the highest value). Remember - you are only insured for the invoice value so low value invoices will only be insured for the declared value. Making an insurance claim is not an instantaneous process. Please be aware that it can take months until a claim is processed and money paid out. You will need to offer proof in case of breakage or loss. You may be required to make a police report in your country so that the claim may be processed..
