Shipping & Returns

North America

- The total delivery time is 5-7 business days after order completion.

- Orders from the US and Canada are packaged at our Thailand unit and shipped out to our stock room in Florida within 2 days of your payment being cleared.

- You receive orders directly from our Florida unit through the United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be provided to you within 3 days of shipping.

- No custom duty is applicable as you will be receiving the order from within the USA.


Europe

- The total delivery time is 5-7 business days after order completion.

- Orders from the anywhere within Europe are packaged at our Thailand unit and shipped out to our stock room in the UK within 2 days of your payment being cleared.

- You receive orders directly from our UK unit through Royal Mail. The order will be delivered right to your address through your national postal service, pick-up at a local post office or customs office is not required.

- No custom duty is applicable as you will be receiving the order from within Europe.


Rest of the World

- Total delivery time is based on your specific location.

- Orders are shipped directly from our Bangkok unit to your address.

- Shipping information, delivery times, and tracking details are emailed to you once the order is dispatched.

- We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS as our express delivery services.

- The customs rules are different for every country. Please contact your local customs office for exact details of any custom duties or procedures that might cause a delay.


General Notes

- All orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. Our stock room team works round the clock in shifts so we can effectively package and ship products to all time zones within 24 hours.

- Delivery dates are based on working days only. Weekends and national holidays are not counted.

- If you have any special instructions for shipping, we can accommodate your specific requests.

- Delivery times are provided to us by courier and postal services. They are approximate times and can are subject to change if an unexpected delay occurs.


Replacements and Returns

- Replacement and returns are available on all products that are defective or shipped by mistake within 7 days of receipt of the order.

- Store credit is provided for returned products.  

- For packages that are refused or returned due to a mistake on your end (such as providing incorrect delivery address), you will need to contact us directly for a refund.

- Returned packages can be shipped again if you repay shipping costs.

- Return postage and packaging costs are not credited or refunded.
