1. Introduction

Welcome to PierceBody. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all wholesale orders placed through our website. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. PierceBody is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality piercing jewelry, serving wholesalers and piercing shops globally for over 10 years.

Changes to these Terms may occur periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review them regularly. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before using our website.

2. Account Registration

To place a wholesale order, you may create an account on our website or proceed with guest checkout. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information, and you commit to keeping your account details up to date.

Account holders benefit from:

  • Access to order history
  • Saved shipping details

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Guest checkout users will still need to provide necessary information to process their order.

3. Minimum Order and Pricing

The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is $100 USD. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), but you may select your preferred currency at checkout. PierceBody reserves the right to change pricing or currency at any time without prior notice.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties. Discounts, such as bulk order discounts, will be automatically applied and communicated to customers during checkout. Orders will be processed at the prevailing prices and currency at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment and Billing

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information, including your business name, address, and payment details. We accept online payment via PayPal, credit card and offline Wester Union and TT Wire Transfer.

If you select Proforma Invoice at checkout, PierceBody will send all the necessary payment information mentioned above, including bank details, Western Union instructions, and secure payment links, to complete your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is correct. If any payment issues arise, PierceBody will work with you to resolve them promptly.

5. Order Process

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via email once payment is received or payment arrangements are confirmed.

Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.

If any issues arise during processing, PierceBody will notify you promptly and work to resolve them.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days once payment is confirmed. For silver items, please allow up to 4 weeks (20-25 business days) for manufacturing and shipping.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size
  • Worldwide Shipping: We offer global shipping from our facility in Thailand. Delivery times will vary by location.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. PierceBody is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

7. Stock and Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, availability is subject to change. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer:

  • Alternatives of equal or greater value, or
  • A refund

Custom or made-to-order items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of order.

8. Product Photos

Upon placing an order, you will receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to download the product photos of the items you purchased. These photos will be provided in full resolution without watermarks and can be used on your e-commerce platforms.

You may modify the photos (e.g., resizing, cropping) to fit your platform's design, but alterations that mislead customers or damage our brand’s reputation (such as recoloring or adding graphical elements) are prohibited. PierceBody reserves the right to revoke the license if the photos are used inappropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service, our liability is limited to the value of the product(s) you purchased. PierceBody is not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., loss of business, profits) caused by delays or issues with our products.

We strive to ensure our website is secure and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete absence of technical issues. In the event of problems, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

10. Changes to Terms

PierceBody reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Return & Refund Policy

At PierceBody, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality piercing jewelry to our wholesale customers. However, due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we generally do accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or does not meet the expected quality standards.

Unavailable Products:
If a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable at the time of shipment, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable product(s). The refund will be processed once we confirm the item is unavailable and will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Substandard Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not up to expected quality standards, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the product to us, and upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the affected product(s), including any shipping costs you incurred to return the item.

  • Return Instructions: Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  • Refund Process: Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and PierceBody regarding the use of our website and services. They override any previous or simultaneous agreements, discussions, promises, or representations—whether written or spoken—relating to our website, products, or services.
