Piercebody.com ships all the orders within 3-7 business days from cleared payment time, except for the weekends. Silver Navel rings new stock may need couple of days but we mostly try to to ship as soon as we can to get the new orders soon :-)

We are very flexible in shipping formalities and we always ship the parcel as per our customer instructions. We will take all special care to make sure their global purchase experience as same as their local purchase in their own country.

All the orders will be shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding your order has been shipped. This also indicates which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door ( Tracking only for FEDEX & UPS ).

Refused packages and returned packages because of wrong or undeliverable address or any other reason caused by the customer IS only refunded on request (shipping charge included) or reshipped on request with the shipping fee charged again.

We accept return of all products that are defective, or shipped in error. Returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving the order. We give store credit for returned merchandise Return (postage etc.) costs are not credited or refunded.

We will provide full tracking information for every order we ship with UPS or FEDEX or EMS. Please note that the delivery times written below are approximate, they were given to us by the couriers themselves and may increase in case of customs delays or other rare issues.
