- The wholesale order will be processed out after getting 30% deposit or complete payment for the order value.
- The wholesale orders will be shipped within 10 working days from date of complete payment. Shipment will be carried out by Fedex or UPS. The shipping charge is used for the shipment of the stuff from us to you and local taxes and customs formalities must be borne by customers only.
- If goods are either damaged or defected during the shipping, can be replaced or exchanged in same design, if returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.
- If some of the ordered items are not available, payment will either be refunded excluding shipping and insurance or will be kept as credit for next order which depends on customer's decision.
- Postage for returning goods or exchange must be borne by customers and postage for replacing goods will be handled by us.
