Piercebody.com ships all the orders within 24 hours days from cleared payment time. If your orders is during the weekend or after hours on Saturdays, then the estimated delivery date is based on the following Monday. Orders placed during federal holidays may create an additional delay in the starting date of your order.

We are very flexible in shipping formalities and we always ship the parcel as per our customer instructions. We will take all special care to make sure their global purchase experience as same as their local purchase in their own country.

Shipping Methods for United States & Canada

All the USA orders are shipped (grouped) in a day or two (business days) from Thailand by express post to our hub in Florida. The total shipping delivery time taken to reach the customers in the United States will be 5  - 7 days because they will reach as a group to  our hub in Florida by express post and the items will be dispatched individually to our customers.The postal service used is USPS and tracking number will be updated to the customer in 3 days after order is shipped out.

Shipping Methods for Europe

All the Europe country orders will be shipped (grouped) in 1 – 2 days from Thailand by express post to UK. Then all the orders will be shipped out from UK to the estimated location in Europe through Royal Mail which will reach the destination faster within 5 – 7 days. We are shipping directly from our factory in Thailand to our shipping center in UK where all shipments are forwarded to our customers.

As the final shipment comes from UK, our customers from countries within the European Union don't have to pay customs duty. You also don't have to pick up any shipments at the customs office, you will receive all shipments directly from your national post service without any additional costs.

Shipping Methods for Other Countries

Shipping to countries like Australia,South Africa or any other continents need not worry. We have already improved our shipping service where your parcel is included also.
We strive each day to improve in order to provide the quickest and a reliable delivery each time.

All the orders will be shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding your order has been shipped. This also indicates which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door ( Tracking only for FEDEX,EMS & UPS ). We have the tracking information for the normal shipping method  ( International Airmail shipping delivery time around 7 to 12 business days)

All internet orders receive a special promotional discounted shipping rates which are well bellow current UPS/FedEx shipping rates. Free shipping for a limited period with retail is a minimum order of $25 or equivalent value in other currency.

Refused packages and returned packages because of wrong or undeliverable address or any other reason caused by the customer IS only refunded on request (shipping charge included) or reshipped on request with the shipping fee charged again.

We accept return of all products that are defective, or shipped in error. Returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving the order. We give store credit for returned merchandise Return (postage etc.) costs are not credited or refunded.

An e-mail will be sent to you regarding your orders has been shipped and indicating the courier service used and a tracking number.

We have organized ourselves into different work shifts to serve you better. * Our day serves Asia, Asia-Pacific and European countries. The night shift serves the Americans and North Americans.

Please note that the delivery times written below are approximate, they were given to us by the couriers themselves and may increase in case of customs delays or other rare issues.
