Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the shipping destination, the dimensions and total weight of the shipment, the cheapest carrier's rates (or carrier of your choice) and possible carrier promotions.
We generally ship via:

FedEx	Delivery time is usually 2-4 days(can track)
UPS	Delivery time is usually 4-5 days(can track)
EMS	Delivery time is usually 5-8 days(can track)
International Air Mail	Delivery time is usually 8-12 days (can track after 5 days of shipment)

Overall we recommend International Air Mail for very small shipments and FedEx/EMS/UPS for large shipments.

Client sends order via web store, e-mails and some pay through online. Most of the items we have in stock and in case if anything not in stock we will refund the balance or keep credit for next order ( we will do it as per the customer choice). If the customer don't pay in online when they place the order we will send the manual invoice.
We ship our orders very quickly and keep our customers informed about the tracking status. We take a full responsibility of the full cycle of shipment process. Any time and any questions /supports will be provided in maximum of 24 hours. ( except on Sundays)

Yahoo Users:

Gmail Users:
Please check your "Spam" folder. If you find our email there, select the confirmation message and click "Not Spam." This will help future messages to get through.

Outlook 2007 Users:
1. Check your "Junk E-mail" folder. If you find our email there, highlight it with one click.
2. Select Actions from the top menu bar, then select Junk E-mail
3. Select Add Sender's Domain (@piercebody.com) to Safe Senders List, and click OK.

Outlook 2003 Users:
1. Select Actions from the top menu bar, then select Junk E-mail followed by Junk E-mail Options.
2. Select Safe Senders, then Add. Type @piercebody.com and click OK.
3. Click OK.
